Please make note of the Hotel Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit. Reservations may be canceled without penalty until 11:59 PM (local hotel time) on November 13, 2026 (90 days prior to group arrival). Cancellations that occur between November 14, 2026 – January 17, 2027, shall forfeit an advance deposit equal to two (2) nights' room and tax. Cancellations that occur between January 18, 2027, and the arrival date are non-cancellable and will result in the total cost of the entire stay being charged to the credit card on file.
