Discounted Rate Information:

The Caribbean Eye Meeting secured a block of rooms at the JW Marriott Los Cabos Beach Resort & Spa over the meeting dates of January 31 - February 3, 2025 at our discounted group meeting rate, starting at $329 per night (plus applicable taxes and resort fee). This rate is available for reservations arriving within 3 days prior and leaving within 3 days after the meeting, subject to availability at the time of your booking.

The Caribbean Eye Meeting discounted hotel block offers resort view rooms, ocean view rooms, a variety of JW Marriott suites, and a limited number of Casa Maat rooms and suites. Guests of Casa Maat will enjoy a boutique hotel located within the JW Marriott resort and exclusive amenities including complimentary food and beverages at select times daily, a private pool and cabanas, butler service, and more.

Cancellation Policy:

Accommodations and reservation modifications may be made online via the Caribbean Eye Meeting dedicated booking link below. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Your reservation must be received no later than January 3, 2025.

Individual room reservation cancellations will be accepted up to November 1, 2024 without penalty. Cancellations that occur between November 1, 2024 – January 3, 2025 shall forfeit an advance deposit equal to two (2) night’s room and tax. Cancellations, early departures and no-shows that occur between January 4, 2025 and arrival date are non-cancellable and will result in the total cost of the guest’s entire stay to be charged to the guest’s credit card on file.
